Did you see the finale of Biggest looser?

I think that all the particiapnts of the show are just an inspiration. I wish I had the diet plan and exercise plan that they do. I could not imagine loosing 150 lbs in six months as one of the men did on the show.  It’s about time a girl won ALI looked like a million bucks.

I need to find out how to effectivly burn more calories at the gym in the hour that I have. Any words of advice would be appriciated :)  I am going on vacation in the middle of June I would like to be at 190 lbs by then.  

Weight Loss Feels Great

So I must say since I have lost 28lbs I feel fantastic. I have been on my diet now for two months and almost three weeks. I am amazed how quicly the weight is coming off I will attribute how fast it’s coming off to exercise. I have dieted for years and have been pretty good at taking off the weight, but it always took a long time. My energy levels are through the roof. I can’t weight unitl I break the 200lb mark. I have had a couple a bad days, but I seem to get right back on track without beating myself up . I think that in the past when I would have a bad day I would just beat myself up and give up. My mind is strong and I think that makes a big difference. I can tell anyone that is dieting just stay focused and if you have a bad day just forgive yourself it’s what you do 80% of the time that really matters.

Having A Hard Week

So I started my diet 01/02/2008. The first week was pretty easy for me, but the end of the second week and the start of the third were very hard for me. When I say hard my meaning is that I didn’t fall off my diet, but that I was thinking about just giving up and giving in to my temptations. I love sweets and sometines the urges a very hard to control. I will prevail!!!

 I just joined the YMCA and I will attend my very first water aerobics class tonight. I am anxious about this as I was never a athelete, and never have been in gym. I think that the water aerobics will work for me, as I have all the problems that go along with being over weight, such has back pain, foot pain, and knee pain. I love to swim so I also have that in my favor. I got the family plan so if there a days I don’t want to go I think the kiddos will make sure that doesn’t happen as they will have lots of fun going as well.

I really would love to be about 90lbs light by my birthday in October. I think that is a obtainable if I am willing to do the work.

A little about me

Hello all :) I would like to start with a little about myself. I was not a fat child nor was I thin. I was the kid that always had just a little weight to loose. When I hit puberty I went on a low calorie diet and lost the weight . I maintained a size three until my first pregnancy. With my first pregnancy I went from 118 to 186. I dropped back down to a size 5 eventually. With my second pregnancy I went from 130 to 202 and never lost that weight. With my third pregnancy I already started off big at 202 and got up to 248. I have been yo yoing for years I will loose 50 or 60 lbs and for whatever reason I will fall off the wagon and gain it all back. So again this year I have started a diet in the hopes that I will reach my goal. My intent is to just be healthy, and like the person that I see in the mirror again.
